NV Cerf Club "Brenton" California Wildfire Red Blend
Non-vintage blend of various North Coast wines. Predominantly Bordeaux varietals, this wine is the most full-bodied offering from Cerf Club. While not a single-vineyard designate like our other wines, this wine is delicious and smooth. More important is the story of this wine being sourced from vineyards that have since been impacted by the wildfires of Lake, Sonoma and Napa counties. Pair with steak, spicy pasta dishes and roast meats.

Cerf Club wines are made with love and passion for the land. These wines tell a story of California and its unique wine growing regions. Our hand crafted approach utilizes minimal manipulation in the cellars and vineyard so the wines are able to be true to their land. The result is wines that are refreshing, lower in alcohol, pair incredibly well with food, and are fun to share with friends outdoors.
We work with three different winemakers who are aligned our sourcing and culinary philosophy in order to develop profiles of wines in the field and in the cellar that meet our standards. We source fruit from as far south as Monterey and as far north as Mendocino from vineyards practicing natural, biodynamic, organic farming and have or are on the pathway to one of these certifications. We believe this makes a difference in the wine and has a positive impact on the land as well. We take these extra steps because we believe in pursuing and abiding by nature. Hence Pursuant Naturale.
