Cerf Club is thrilled to welcome Kristin Krajecki, founder and winemaker of Novaolo to share her incredible wines with us this Friday at Après.
Join us at Cerf Club Friday June 14th for Après, where Kristin will be pouring her fantastic Novaolo Rosé and Pinot Noir. As always, we’ll have delicious new bites to pair from the chefs at Stag Dining.
Novaolo in a word, is a celebration of women. The word itself is a blend of Kristin’s own mother and mother-in-laws maiden names, paying homage to the unique role women play in the family. As the keepers of tradition from ritual to recipe; grandmothers, mothers, daughters and granddaughters take their family culture and nurture it- perhaps blending pieces of it and making it their own. Novaolo was born to celebrate this “keeping of the flame”.
We’re featuring two small production California wines on Friday:
2015 Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir from the Sonoma Coast AVA with aromas of ripe cherry and violet with black cherry, cranberry and cola on the palate
2018 Clarksburg Rosé a dry and refreshing rosé with sweet berries and honeysuckle on the nose and flavors of strawberry, melon and fresh herbs
