Stag is pleased to welcome our friends Sarah & Evan Rich of Rich Table for a cookbook dinner at Cerf Club. We invite you to dine with us in what will be a fun and intimate evening with Q&A.
Stag Dining Chefs Jordan Grosser and Ted Fleury will work hand in hand with the Rich Table team to create a family style, wine-paired dinner directly from the RT cookbook. Cerf Club will be providing some of our recently released natural wines to pair with the dinner. Each diner has the opportunity to walk away with a signed copy of the cookbook and of course…get to discuss the recipes directly with the chefs and ask questions of their cookbook collaborators writer Carolyn Warsham & photographer Alanna Hale.
